Spot these curious Concreatures popping up to perform but keep your distance! Big fans of architecture (the more brutalist the better) these concrete creatures have an unusual way of celebrating stillness. The Concreatures are envious of anything that moves faster than a statue and have been known to enjoy a dance battle.

 

The project is supported by Awards for All, The Garfield Weston Foundation, Hugh Fraser Foundation and The Foyle Foundation and in partnership with RIG Arts, through Creative Scotland Open Project funding.

Following an accident sometime in the future (involving taking an old TV into a transporter), A Cowboy, a B Movie Horror Heroine, an 80s Aerobics Instructor, Captain Amethyst and Charlie Chaplin have landed in 2020 Greenock. Watch from a distance as chaos ensues.

DRACULA; A RADIO PLAY ON STAGE & HALLOWE'EN QUIZ

with No Nonsense Productions in association with Beacon Arts Centre

No Nonsense Productions return with a new show for 2020. Join two plucky radio actors as they tackle Bram Stoker's classic, play 15 characters and grapple with cutting edge 1950s technology.

 

The show features live sound effects and period music. Join your host for an evening of fun filmed at Well Park Mid Kirk and stay online for the live Hallowe’en themed quiz.

Listen out for the local talents of young pianist Sian Campbell and classical singer Abhisri Chaudhuri as their haunting performance carries out to sea from the balcony of the Beacon Arts Centre.

 

Enjoy this live performance against the backdrop of watery projections from TRACND and scenic art by professional scene painters as part of the “Oot the Windae” Galoshans Window Art Trail.
